The Digital Readiness Blueprint sets out the strategies for building a digitally ready society in support of Singapore’s Smart Nation vision.

A digitally ready society is one in which every Singaporean is equipped to seize the benefits and opportunities afforded by technology in everyday living. There are 10 recommendations spread over four strategic thrusts to attaining this vision of a digitally ready society: • Expand and enhance digital access for inclusivity • Infuse digital literacy into national consciousness • Empower community and businesses to drive widespread adoption of technology • Promote digital inclusion by design
